Satish Kumar is a seasoned HR leader with over 30 years of diverse experience across esteemed organizations including HMT, Qatar Steel, DUCAB, Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Dodsal Engineering & Construction, and ETA Ascon. He has held senior leadership roles such as Vice President – HR (Energy) and Head – HR (Offshore & GCC Operations), leading human resources strategy across India, the UAE, and Qatar. His career spans key sectors including energy, EPC, manufacturing, and industrial services, where he has played a pivotal role in aligning HR functions with evolving business needs. An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, he brings deep expertise in talent management, leadership development, organizational transformation, and culture building. Known for designing and executing people-centric strategies, he has consistently driven business performance and sustainable growth.
