Hussain Noorudeen Kunju is a highly accomplished business leader and Senior Consultant with over 25 years of cross functional, multinational experience across industries including telecom, steel, real estate, pharmaceuticals and financial services. He has held CXO-level roles at Etisalat Group (UAE), Qatar Steel, SmartCity, Dubai Holding, Cipla and India Infoline and led transformation initiatives across the Middle East, India, and Europe. An alumnus of the London School of Economics (LSE) and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (UK), Hussain holds a Master’s in Management, an MBA and certifications in Change Management and Balanced Scorecard. His core expertise includes organization design, strategy execution, performance transformation and leadership enablement. At HNK Management Consultants LLP, he advises enterprises on strategic realignment, people transformation and scaling execution capability bridging global best practices with local business contexts to deliver measurable impact.

Aijaz Ahmad Khan is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of diverse leadership experience across telecom, mobile money/banking, retail, and service sectors. He has held key management roles in India, the Middle East, and Africa with prominent conglomerates such as Bharti Airtel, Videocon, Tata Group, RPG Group, Hindustan Latex Ltd, and Food World Retail. His expertise lies in business operations, growth strategy, and large-scale transformation initiatives. Aijaz brings a strong track record of driving innovation, leading multicultural teams, and scaling new-age business models across emerging markets. He holds management qualifications from premier global institutions including Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, IIM Ahmedabad, Harvard Business School, and the University of Pune. At HNK Management Consultants LLP, Aijaz serves as a Senior Consultant, advising clients on strategic execution, channel development, operational improvement, and leadership alignment in dynamic, high-growth environments.

Aseem Ibrahim is a Senior Consultant – Sales & Distribution at HNK Management Consultants LLP, bringing over 22 years of leadership experience across India’s top financial institutions including Tata Capital, ICICI Bank, Dhanalaxmi Bank, and Tata AIG Life Insurance. His expertise spans mortgage lending, SME finance, insurance, and retail banking, with a strong focus on sales strategy, team development, and channel expansion. As former State Head – Loan Against Property at Tata Capital, he led multi-branch operations in Kerala and held senior roles in SME and retail distribution, consistently driving business growth with P&L accountability. His strength lies in building high performing sales teams, enabling cross-sell effectiveness, and executing distribution transformation strategies. An MBA in Marketing and an experienced management trainer, Aseem now applies his rich field experience to help organizations assess, scale, and optimize their sales and distribution capabilities across sectors.

Sabu Cherian is a Veteran Management Consultant and Film Industry Leader with extensive experience in public sector transformation and the Indian entertainment ecosystem. He served as Chairman of Kerala State Film Development Corporation (KSFDC) from 2011 to 2015, where he successfully modernized infrastructure and improved the corporation’s performance ranking from 79th to 29th among Kerala PSUs. As Chief Advisor to Mahindra Consulting Engineers, he led the DPR for the modernization of Chitranjali Studio, coordinating with stakeholders across the Indian film industry. He has held multiple leadership positions in national and regional film bodies including Film Federation of India, Kerala Film Producers Association, and Censor Board of Kerala. Sabu holds a PGDBA and B.Com, and brings deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, public-private partnerships, and creative infrastructure development. He has also produced several successful Malayalam films and worked across India and the UAE. Aboobacker Ajith is a seasoned Senior Manager with over 25 years of experience in strategy, corporate governance, and performance management, QMS, Quality Audit primarily with Etisalat, a leading telecom provider in the UAE. He specializes in performance excellence, KPI development, strategy implementation, business plan alignment, and quality compliance. Ajith has led initiatives across strategic planning, performance reviews, benchmarking, and cross-functional process development. He holds a BTech degree in Civil Engineering from Calicut University, an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management, and multiple professional certifications including PMP, Balanced Scorecard, and ISO and Internal auditing. He brings deep expertise in driving strategic transformation and operational excellence.

Satish Kumar is a seasoned HR leader with over 30 years of diverse experience across esteemed organizations including HMT, Qatar Steel, DUCAB, Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Dodsal Engineering & Construction, and ETA Ascon. He has held senior leadership roles such as Vice President – HR (Energy) and Head – HR (Offshore & GCC Operations), leading human resources strategy across India, the UAE, and Qatar. His career spans key sectors including energy, EPC, manufacturing, and industrial services, where he has played a pivotal role in aligning HR functions with evolving business needs. An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, he brings deep expertise in talent management, leadership development, organizational transformation, and culture building. Known for designing and executing people-centric strategies, he has consistently driven business performance and sustainable growth. His ability to lead large, multicultural teams through change – combined with strategic insight and a collaborative approach – makes him a trusted advisor to executive leadership and a valued partner in enabling organizational excellence.

Hashir is an alumnus of IIM Nagpur and College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET), bringing with him over 5 years of rich experience in Data Analytics, Technology and Consulting.He has previously worked with Ernst & Young (EY) and HLB Hamt and is currently associated with Axtria, a leading consulting firm where he managed designing and implementing incentive compensation, field intelligence, analytics and reporting solutions for global pharmaceutical clients.
